How we designed a B2B website for a coffee roastery

Launch date: IX 2024 Duration: 2 months

Introduction

Tommy Cafe is a coffee roastery specialising in freshly roasted coffee, wholesale supply, promotional coffee and private-label products. Its customers include shops, retail chains, e-commerce businesses, marketing agencies, promotional-product companies and brands planning to launch their own coffee range.

Our task was to design and implement a website for B2B customers. The platform needed to present Tommy Cafe’s broad offer clearly, organise communication for different audiences and generate enquiries from companies interested in working together.

We were responsible for the user experience, interface design and WordPress implementation.

Challenge

Tommy Cafe serves several types of business customer, each looking for different information. A company launching a private-label coffee product has different needs from a marketing agency sourcing branded coffee or a retailer interested in wholesale supply.

The central challenge was therefore communication. The website could not be a conventional brochure for a roastery: it needed to guide each visitor to the right part of the offer and quickly establish Tommy Cafe as a capable production, wholesale and promotional partner.

The solution also needed to remain simple. The project did not require complex integrations or advanced system features. Its priority was a professional B2B website that presents the offer convincingly, builds trust in the producer and encourages qualified enquiries.

Our approach

We began by planning the information architecture and user journeys. The website needed to handle several intentions at once: private-label production, branded promotional coffee, wholesale purchasing and general enquiries from companies seeking a coffee supplier.

We divided the offer into clear segments, so visitors do not have to study the entire business before finding the right service. They can move directly to private-label coffee, promotional coffee, capsules or wholesale supply.

We placed particular emphasis on presenting the offer in a business context. The site shows not only the product, but also its applications: a retail line, a branded promotional item, part of a gift set or a wholesale range for shops and e-commerce businesses.

What we delivered

Our work covered the UX concept, visual interface and complete WordPress implementation.

The website is structured as a B2B platform focused on presenting the offer and generating enquiries. Visitors can explore Tommy Cafe’s key capabilities, review the available partnership models and contact the company.

We created dedicated sections for wholesale supply, private-label production, promotional coffee and capsules. Each major business line now has its own communication space instead of appearing as one item within a generic company website.

Enquiry forms are an important part of the platform. They make it easier for prospective partners to ask about coffee production, private-label products, promotional offers or wholesale terms.

The website runs on WordPress, allowing the client to manage content, update the offer and expand the platform as the business evolves.

Outcome

The result is a professional B2B website for a coffee producer that organises Tommy Cafe’s broad offer and guides visitors towards contact.

The new website makes it clear that Tommy Cafe is not only a consumer-facing roastery, but also a partner for companies, retailers, e-commerce businesses, marketing agencies and brands seeking private-label coffee production.

The platform fulfils its core purpose: it presents the offer clearly, strengthens the company’s credibility and supports lead generation among business customers. Without unnecessary complexity, it focuses on what matters most — demonstrating the available partnership models and making the first conversation easy.

Summary

Not every B2B project needs an extensive system, configurator or advanced integration. Sometimes the essential work is to organise the offer, guide users effectively and create a professional website that communicates clear value to a defined audience.

For Tommy Cafe, that meant an easy-to-use, business-focused website designed to generate enquiries from companies interested in working with a coffee producer.

The project shows how a well-designed company website can support B2B sales without complex features. The key is to align the communication, structure and contact journey with the real needs of the audience.
