A mobile app makes sense when users return frequently, need phone-specific features or expect fast, personalised access. For occasional use, a responsive website or web application may be a better and more economical starting point. The decision should follow user behaviour, not simply the desire to have an app.
The main factors are the feature set, backend, user accounts, integrations, payments, notifications and store-publication requirements. Device testing and the development model after launch also matter. A reliable estimate can only be prepared after the first product scope is defined.
Consider AI when it supports a clearly defined user task, rather than acting as a feature without a purpose. Before making that decision, define the input data, backend integration, result-evaluation method and situations that require human oversight.
That depends on the target audience, budget, schedule and feature set. If users rely on both platforms, a simultaneous launch may simplify product communication. When product risk is high, the key journey can first be validated on one selected platform.
As a good practice, app-store accounts, domains, infrastructure and key services should be clearly assigned to the product owner. Access to data, external services and the project-handover process should also be agreed before development begins.

Yes, if those systems provide an API or another secure method of data exchange. The scope usually covers the backend, data synchronisation, authentication and customer-data access rules. Process requirements should be agreed together with the scope of the custom CRM system.
