JutroDrop is a mobile app created for people who follow sneaker and streetwear releases, limited collections, promotions and products from the fashion market. The app combines several functions in one place: a release calendar, updates, promotions, push notifications and a marketplace where users can browse and publish listings.
Our task was to design and develop the mobile app for iOS and Android, together with a backend and an administration panel for managing its content.
The project was developed with React Native, allowing us to create one mobile application for both platforms. The backend uses Laravel and is responsible for the API, application logic, content management and administration panel.
The sneaker and streetwear market depends on timing, availability and immediate access to information. Users want to know when a product will launch, where it can be purchased, which promotions are currently available and which opportunities are worth checking straight away.
The app therefore had to function as an information centre for people who regularly follow drops, promotions, restocks and industry news. At the same time, it could not feel overloaded. With many modules to accommodate, the key was to maintain a simple mobile interface that allowed users to move quickly between the most important sections.

The administration system was another important challenge. Content such as releases, deals, news, listings and notifications must be updated dynamically. The project could not rely solely on a static mobile app; it needed a system that allowed administrators to manage the content continuously without developer involvement.
The premise was simple: JutroDrop should be an app users return to regularly, not only for a single release announcement but also for current drops, deals, news and features useful in following the sneaker and streetwear market every day.
Our task was to turn these assumptions into a working mobile app and a technical platform that could be managed conveniently. We focused on making the entire solution logically organised, quick to use and ready for regular development with new content and functions.
The app was divided into several main modules: updates, release calendar, marketplace, news and promotions. Users can quickly reach the section they need and use the app according to what they are looking for at that moment – a release, a shopping opportunity, a news item or a marketplace listing.
At the same time, we created a backend and administration panel for managing the content displayed in the app. This is particularly important for a product based on current data, regularly published information and a dynamically changing offer.
As part of the project, we created an iOS and Android mobile app, an API backend and a web-based administration panel.
The app was developed with React Native, making it possible to maintain one codebase for both mobile platforms. The Laravel backend handles communication with the app, data management, content delivery and integrations with external product information sources.
We implemented an updates module that presents notifications and the latest information in one place. Users can return to earlier messages and review information previously displayed in the app.
Another important feature is the release calendar. It presents upcoming drops with a product image, release date and time, price, description, popularity count and a countdown to the start of sales. From the product details, users can continue to a store or external website.
We also implemented a marketplace module: a classifieds board for users. The app supports browsing sale, purchase and exchange offers, filtering products and publishing listings. These listings can then be managed and moderated through the administration panel.
The What’s new? section allows short updates from the worlds of sneakers, fashion and pop culture to be published. Content is presented as clear cards containing an image, title, description and source link. Users can browse the latest or most popular information.
The app also includes a promotions module where users can find deals, sales, discount codes and reduced-price products. This supports everyday use of the app by giving users a reason to return regularly for new opportunities.
Push notifications were an important part of the project. Users can choose the types of messages they want to receive, such as urgent drops, deals, news or reminders. The app can therefore deliver relevant information at the right moment without overwhelming users with unnecessary alerts.
On the administration side, we implemented a panel for managing app content. Administrators can add and edit releases, promotions, news, listings, media and push notifications. The panel also supports user management and moderation of content published in the app.
The result is a complete mobile app for the sneaker and streetwear community, available on iOS and Android. JutroDrop combines information, marketplace and promotional functions in one mobile product.
Users can track releases, browse deals, read news, use the marketplace and receive notifications about the most important events. It is therefore more than a product catalogue: it helps users react quickly to drops, promotions and changes in availability.
For the project owners, the administration panel is crucial. It allows the app to be developed and updated continuously without manually changing the code for every new release, promotion or announcement.

JutroDrop is an example of an app that combines a mobile product, a community and dynamic content management. In one project, we brought together an iOS and Android app, a Laravel backend, an administration panel, API integrations, a marketplace, release calendar, promotions, news and push notifications.
The project required the design of many modules, their logical organisation within the mobile interface and a backend that enables administrators to manage the app in their everyday work.
The result is a modern mobile app for users interested in sneakers, streetwear, limited drops and shopping opportunities.
