Flooren.pl — a website with an interactive flooring configurator

Introduction

Flooren is a wood-flooring manufacturer based in Hajnówka whose existing website needed a complete redesign. The client wanted more than an online brochure: our goal was a platform that would engage customers and help them understand both the company and its products.

Approach

We considered which feature would make the greatest difference to customer engagement and chose personalisation through a flooring configurator. Visitors can tailor a floor to their requirements and receive a no-obligation estimate, making the first stage of the buying process easier and more informative.

We combined a lightweight, modern design with a modular page structure. Individual sections can be added, hidden or rearranged as the client’s content needs evolve.

Outcome

We delivered a modern, fast and responsive website. The configurator meets the central project objective by engaging visitors, helping them tailor a product and generating detailed enquiries by email. It is a practical example of how the right digital tool can support product choice and quotation workflows.
