WeryfikujFirme.pl — a custom WooCommerce mini-store integrated with contractor verification

Introduction

WeryfikujFirme.pl is a service connected to Vercly, created as a simple, fast and convenient way to order contractor reports. The goal was to build a website that combined an intuitive sales landing page with a custom WooCommerce mini-store linked to an external company-verification platform.

We created a dedicated WooCommerce theme and an API integration with Vercly. Users can complete the entire journey in one place: enter company details, place and pay for the order, and receive the finished report.

Challenge

WeryfikujFirme.pl was not a conventional online store. Users were not simply adding a standard product to a basket. The checkout needed to capture the company details required for verification, process the report order and pass the information to Vercly.

The challenge was to keep the experience simple for users while supporting more complex backend logic. The site needed to feel like a fast, focused landing page while handling a genuine digital-service ordering process. Standard WooCommerce flows were not enough, so we designed a tailored solution that is simpler at the front and more flexible behind the scenes.

Solution

For WeryfikujFirme.pl, we created a dedicated WooCommerce theme tailored to the sale of company reports. Instead of a conventional shop with multiple categories and products, the site uses a simplified order journey focused on one goal: purchasing a report quickly.

Users begin by entering a Polish tax ID (NIP), National Court Register number (KRS) or company name, then proceed through the essential steps: confirming details, paying for the order and receiving the report. The process is clear and understandable even for people with no knowledge of the technology behind the service.

The key technical component was the API integration between WooCommerce and Vercly. It transfers order data to the external platform responsible for contractor verification and report generation.
