Adrian Małecki is a financial expert based in Szczecin who helps clients choose mortgages, personal loans, leasing, insurance and business finance. In financial services, an online presence alone is not enough. A website must build trust from the first few seconds, explain the available support clearly and encourage users to get in touch as they consider major financial decisions.
Our task was to redesign the existing website, create a new interface and build a platform that would organise the expert’s services, strengthen his personal brand and make the first step easier for prospective clients — whether submitting an enquiry or booking a free consultation.
Advanced enquiry forms integrated with the credit-process CRM were another important part of the project. The website therefore works not only as a professional showcase, but as the first stage of a wider customer acquisition and service process.

Choosing a mortgage, personal loan or business-finance option is a significant decision. Visitors to a credit expert’s website are rarely looking for basic information alone. They want to know whether they can trust the adviser, whether they will receive practical support and whether a complex process will be explained clearly.
The website therefore had to meet several goals at once: present Adrian Małecki as an experienced expert, explain the services in plain language, address clients’ most common concerns and provide a clear route to contact.
This was more than a visual refresh. We redesigned the entire user journey — from the first introduction to the expert’s personal brand, through the service offer, to forms that collect the information needed for the next stage of the credit process.
Local SEO was another key consideration. The website needed to strengthen the expert’s visibility in Szczecin and the surrounding area within a competitive local financial-services market.
We designed the new interface so visitors could immediately understand who Adrian is, how he can help and what to do next. For a credit expert, it was especially important to combine a professional image with a simple contact journey, free from unnecessary content and distractions.
We organised the website around the main areas of the offer: mortgages, personal loans and financial solutions for businesses. Visitors can move directly to the subject relevant to them, while the site responds more precisely to specific service and local search queries.
Dedicated sections explain the cost of working with a credit expert, how the process works, the scope of support and the answers to frequently asked questions. This is particularly valuable in finance, where clients often have concerns about fees, formalities, borrowing capacity, deposits and the total amount repayable.
We created the new UX and visual design, planned the layout of the key sections and implemented a website that combines a professional profile, a service information centre and an enquiry-acquisition tool.
The site includes a homepage, an expert profile, individual service pages and conversion-focused sections such as calls to book a free consultation, information about costs, FAQs and contact details. Visitors can get in touch quickly while understanding what to expect from the process.
One of the most important features is a set of advanced enquiry forms integrated with the credit-process CRM. Rather than collecting only basic contact details, the forms capture information useful for the next stage of client service and feed it into a structured sales workflow.
Website enquiries therefore do not simply land in an inbox. They can be managed in the CRM, giving the team better control over case status, client communication and subsequent stages of the credit process.

The result is a professional, redesigned website that strengthens Adrian Małecki’s personal brand, supports local Google visibility and makes it easier for prospective clients to take the first step in their financing journey.
The new site organises the offer, shortens the route to contact and shows why expert support is valuable. Rather than presenting a generic list of services, it guides users through the questions that matter: the cost of working together, the available support, suitable financial products and the next stages of the process.
CRM-integrated forms support not only enquiry acquisition but also follow-up and case handling. This is what distinguishes the platform from a conventional brochure site: its role continues after a form is submitted as part of a broader customer-service workflow.
In financial services, users do not make decisions on design alone. They need reassurance, clear communication and confidence that a real person will guide them through a complex process.
That was the purpose of the AdrianMalecki.pl redesign: to combine a credible personal brand with a simple contact journey and CRM support for the next stages of each enquiry.
The project demonstrates that a well-designed service website can be much more than a digital business card. It can become the first stage of the sales process, a trust-building tool and practical support for everyday customer service.
